Over the past few months, I have been guiding you to get the most out of each energy cycle. FInding out who you are and what you want has been our focus and in the powerful energy of the last full moon, you began to see how many shifts you have been through and where you needed to focus next. You connected with your inner strength and courage in the last full moon and began to bring everything within you and your world into alignment.
In this new moon meditation, we face our wall of fear, we see it with fresh eyes and we walk through it, into fresh new beginnings, unhindered by our fears lurking in the shadows. Without fear dragging us down we naturally vibrate at a higher frequency and as such, we experience our world in a very different way.
The meditation lasts approximately 20 minutes, although there are spaces for you to pause the meditation so you can go deeper if necessary.
